called to make a arraigement to pay the bill and then something came up to where i could make the full pymt that i said at first and then she started yelling at me and told me the only way i could make a pymt was a money gram and when i explained to her that i didnt have the money to pay for it she told me that it would take to long to get it in the mail and that i had to do the money gram.
