Violating terms of agreement

Allied Collection Agency

I was notified by Allied that I had a bill of 61 dollars on 121305, I paid the bill with them and they agreed to remove it from my credit report as the Doctors office (Desert Radiology) never notified me that I had a bill and had been back to them on several occasions.

Allied agreed to remove it from my report and then in Jan of 2006 reported to my credit report as paid in full instead of removing it completely as agreed.
