Three years ago, I had service with MCI. When I relocated, I decided to go with another company. I called and requested them to disconnect their service. One year later, I received a bill for 1,300.00 at my new address. I immediately called, and was told the service had NEVER been disconnected!!!!! The idiots left the service on a whole year!!!!! The person I spoke with told me there was no calls made on the bill and it would be taken care of. Well...... imagine my surprise when I found out they put it on my credit report!!!!! I KNOW I can't be the only one with an MCI horror story. They deserve to be sued for punitive, pain and suffering, mental anguish and AGGREVATION!!!!!!
