I was getting calls from my finance for about 2 months before I started having major problems with this company. First it started with them declining my card even though there was money on the card because I would keep calling the bank just to make sure. Then it started with me not receiving the calls at all. GTL told me that it was a rerouting problem with my phone and that it had to do with my phone company. Well I called my phone company and they did their job (unlike GTL) checked everything out made sure that I did not have a privacy block on my phone and so forth. They got back to me in about an hour and told me that my phone is fine and that it had to deal with GTL. This is just the beginning! I had to have made 10 calls a day for about a week now to GTL just to try and get this issue resolved. Every time I call I'm put on hold for about 20-30 mins then transfered where I get put on hold for about another 20-30 mins where I eventually get hung up on. So of course by now I'm highly psed off and then mention the word
