I hired the Best Buy Geek squad to simply remove a virus in my computer remotely.
They never read me their disclaimer. They tape recorded our conversation without my knowledge or consent, a felony in the state of California. They told me my files would not be in danger, yet they deleted all my business personal files photos without my knowledge or consent! The Gook squad mgr. lied told me my files could not be retrieved. The Corp. ofc customer service mgr wanted to CHARGE me to retrieve my files! I had to hire a professional software retrieval company but only a portion of my files were recoverable. Best Buy is now attempting to 'negotiate' with me since I have threatened a lawsuit so please get back to me ASAP.
