On November 23, 2007, after spending an hour on the phone with sprint to make sure it was ok to delete my daughter from my cell plan (she moved to Tampa and had no service in her apt. or the surrounding area). They assured me (after sending from one dept. to another) that I would not be charged the disconnect fee. Then of course when I received my bill there was a disconnect fee of 200.00 on it. After about 8 more phone calls and erroneous info., someone told me they would listen to tapes of my conversation and call me back. Never heard from them; called back - they told me they didn't listed to the tapes, and because the person whom I talked with on Nov. 23 didn't document the call, they declined to remove the charge. Five weeks later I am still trying to get it settled; ev ery person I talked with couldn't help me. I am now going to write the president of the company, but have no faith that it will be resolved because of my past expeience with sprint. Help!!!!
