I received a letter from Mitchell N Kay last month that they offer me the oppournity to settle this account with a lump sum payment equal to 40 of the balance due which is 392.52! I called them and asked what was it for ? they claimed that I owed Bally's. That was back in 1997 !! so I agreed to pay in full amount. A few days later, I had to called them to double check with them to make sure if they received a payment which i paid for bally's. They said those 392.52 was for T-mobile and I must pay 750 in full by end of december 31 for bally's. Why in the first place they told me that it was for bally only not t-mobile then all of sudden, i still have to pay for bally's by end of december 31st..so I told them there is no absoutely way for me to pay in full of 750 dollars especially when christimas is just around the corner. They was like too bad you have to pay up or we will take you to the court. I asked them if they can garnish it from my paycheck weekly, they said no. then I asked them please send me a letter about bally situation so i can keep it as document. i still havent received another letter from them. I called them back again about the letter that i haven't receive yet, either they was too busy or hang up on me 5 times. i feel this is fishy but still , i am not sure about this .....

I decided to research about Mitchell N kay and now i am not sure what i should do.. I am willing to make a payment or garnish it from my paycheck but there is no way for me to pay it in full.
