I recieved a letter from the above law office. No one there speaks english and i have been unable to understand them nor them me. However, i have gotten no where with this office. they are saying that i owe a dept yet they cannot provide any information for me. they are very rude and are not even able to connect you to the department that is suppose to be taking care of this matter. all they can say is that they have recieved my corrispondance and someone will get in touch with me. however no one ever does. the information for the office is as follows:
