Fifth Third Bank - I sent in my payments for my house was even paid up in advance. I thought I was a year ahead they applied my money else where. (I sent in coupon book slips with dates at the bottom of my checks) so they would know where to apply the money. I received no notice of any kind until I got something in the mail saying that they was going to foreclose on my house. I called two layers called most of the time there was no responce. I lost my house of about 10 years, with no 30 notice etc... The day they auctioned off my house Aug 21, 2003, I went into labor that night and had my baby girl the next morning on Aug 22, 2003. I have paper work that makes no sence... even a paper that stated that I had sent them a payment of 8 or 10 thousand which I didn't send. THAT GOES TO SHOW THEY HAD MESSED UP PAPER WORK. It has been over two years and I will never get over losing my house. I raised my son there and worked hard at making sure my payments were on time. I never missed any payments but lost my house! I no longer have trust in backs etc anymore. That house was my life and it was unfare for them to take my house and my money too>
