I, too, have been receiving extremely nasty phone calls from this company at work. They have been calling 4-6 times a day. Yesterday, they told my coworker that they were trying to get in contact with me regarding a lawsuit against me. I tried to work something out with them because I know I owe the money, but they want a blank check to my bank account for the total amount and will not accept a few lump sum payments. Today, the guy I talked to actually started SCREAMING at me on the phone. I hung up. Unfortunately, I didn't get names of the people who did these last two actions. The second person that called yesterday actually cursed at my coworker and hung up on him. MY COWORKER looked them up online and told them to remove our business phone number from their database. They indicated that it didn't exist, yet they called back today.
