I applied for a loan through this company. 200.00. So far I have paid it back and they are still taking money out. I finally found a number and called thier office. To my suprise I still have a balance of the 200.00 plus the finance fee of 60.00 still owed. The customer service representative told me that I could not arrange a payoff through her on the phone. It was not the company policy to do this. The only way I can arrange to pay this off is by faxing them their form 3 days before my due date. The customer service representative informed me that a form was sent to my email address every month before they took the money out of my account. She also asked me if I had checked my spam folder since I said I had not recieved a form. I guess that happens a lot to that company. I also asked why they haven't tried to pay down the amount and I was told that it is an INDEFINITE renewal on my loan. NO extension cutoff. So you can have this loan for years until YOU as the consumer do something yourself. I requested a copy of my loan agreement and on it, it states that you can arrange a payoff through their customer service.
