I have proof Sprint is in violation of insurance fraud and allowing use of phones in my name and accepting payment from two minors without my knowledge when they knew they were not me the account holder. They would not cancel the phones as I asked within 30 day limit and written several times and now are putting that entire amount on my credit that I owe. Sprint never informed me of shipping labels to be sent so the phone can be returned. I was told that shipping labels were to be sent by Diversified. This company also told me I was very much misinformed and the only people who could help was Sprint.Which Sprint bumps me back to the collections because they won't deal with the account. I have been lied to and mislead on all occassions. Diversified told me I would be better off just paying them and not dealing with Sprint because they won't do anything about it. This is wrong on so many levels. I am not paying the collections company just to make the headache go away. I do not owe this. The collections stated 'how important is your credit to you?'.

807 West Asset told me to call Sprint. I called. Had to wait over 20 min so I emailed to dispute.
907 collections Diversified called. I explained told to call Sprint. Sent Diversified adjust lettersemail of dispute. Diversified told me Sprint screwed them as well; threatened my credit several times. Willing to take 700.00 something. I said no.
All through Oct.07 Diversified stated again and again Sprint looked over dispute and believes the debt to be valid and again will throw back into collection. If I did not pay will ruin credit.

Now I have the attention from Sprint who continued to refuse to look at this dispute FOR 10 MOS.
This is my folder of dates. Need names I have them too. Sprint has continued to waste my time and will not acknowledge errorfaultbad judgment and continue to stand behind who they employ who obviously arn't willing to do the job right. Diversified adjustments gave me more info on what they should have done than a Sprint rep.
They did not provide all information and hosed the rest. Why not take the phones. No instead, Sprint, AGAIN said 'take the phones they are yours, we want the money, you owe us'.
All issues were not raised.
Is it legal to commit insurance fraud with a non account holderminor? Is Consumer Fraud legal? In Dec issue Consumer Reports says it's not.
Reach an 'amicable resolution'? Sprint stated ' we are confident that her issues have been fully addressed and resolved to the best of our ability'.
Their ability as a company is to do what is right. Now that is a bold face lie!
