I receive worker compensation from Ace Insurance Company. Three times this past year alone they were fined by the worker compensation commission here in Maryland for non compliance with my case. Isn't there something else that can be done when a insurance company fails to comply with the law. They are repeatedly holding up perscription refills and payment of weekly wages. It seems to me that they are just laughing at the workers comp commission her in Maryland. My attorney says there nothing else to be done but to wait and continue to file contempt against them again. Please advise.
