I went to light a rolled cigarette in the dark one night with a red Viva lighter (disposable) and I ignited my right eye and singed my upper and lower eye lashes. I have a serbacaeous cyst on the corner of my right eye which I was treated for and I singed that also. My vision has worsened also since the accident. I still have to make an appointment with an optomologist for a follow up visit from being treated at the emergency room of a local hospital for the cyst. The accident happened after I went to the emergency room. Prior to the flare up from the lighter I had put some hand lotion on the cyst by the advice of a doctor, so I'm sure that didn't help the matter any.
