I had gotten a payday loan from Geneva Roth's affiliates last May, since then I have filed bankruptcy due to financial hardship of a divorce. I had that account closed out and reopened a new one with my new fiance. The account is in his name I'm just a signer. Last night we discovered a weird debit for 400 from his account. I googled them contacted them and they told me it was perfectly legal for them to take money out of his account for my debt. He is furious and not only that I'm almost positive they were added on my bankruptcy.
