I worked for this company since May of 2000, and was promoted several times. On June 15, 2005, the head of Human resources, sent me home. I was placed on FMLA leave because, Donna said I was not cordial enough. Mirna caceres , and illegal alien, they hired needed a green card, and I witnessed them giving a letter to the INS.
So Donna sent me home, after screaming at me, and physically pointing her finger in my face.

I was only given 30 hours of benefited employment. Mirna and and any hispance emplyee 40 hours full time. i was denied full time benfits. The hispanci workers, were only hired the previous year. I had five years with the company. I was verbally abused by former employee Joyce Williams, and forced to transfer to another location away from her. i was called _ itch, and harassed by Joyce. Donna did nothing to protect me. Yet when Mirna told Donmna I was not nice. Donna came and screamed at me.

Then Donna, stopped my paychecks. No payment in July of 2005, I was forced to wait until August of 2005, for 4 weeks pay. I then aske for my records, and was denied. My health insurance was terminated in June of 2005, even though I was still employed until 81905. I was also due a raise, and never happened in August. i was also forced to accept another job, within the company so Mirna did not have to work with me again. Finally denied unemployement benefits. Hired a Lawyer to stop my benefits. But only blacks are denied unemplyment beenfits with this company. Patrica Bowe, terminated any blacks working with her. Donna, helped Patricia. Patricia Bowe, favored her hispanice workers. Mirna was often very late, abscent all the time. Cruel to many patients. But they loved her. I worked in May of 2005, 21 days straight, for Mirna was abscent for many reasons. Patricia gave her more time for a funeral, she could not attnend. Over 1 week off, plus some days. patrica often his, Mirna's abscent with other pay. I once worked, so much overtime, They were scared. I have many people that can vouch for my work ethic. Please help. I have proof. No paychecks, No hours, Left school becuase of this.
