I've been receiving similar calls from this company and have informed them not to call my residence and make all future correspondenc in writing. Well, this did not go over well with them. They did the same thing that every other person claimed, they treatened me, misrepresented themselves as attorneys, yelled at me and everything else under the sun. I've gotten the names of the people who were 'abusing' me and plan to contact the Federal Trade Commission at 216-263-3410 and also at www.ftc.gov to report them. I will also be sending a letter to the Ohio attorney general, the Better Business Bureau (who by the way has received countless complaints similar to my own about this company) and Citibank who contracted this company to collect their debt. If you'd like to send a similar letter, please go to the BBB website to get the violation numbers. You can visit the website below to find out what your rights are and how to take action against these unscrupulous business practices. Good luck to you all.
