I worked for a day and a half at this company. I was told to operate an electric boom lift that I had never operated before. When I inserted the key the lift jumped and bumped a new machine they just had installed putting a very minor dent in it. This jerked my neck and back which I never complained about. Then they send me for drug and alcohol screening which were both negative but yet they fired me saying it wasn't working out. I was there a day and a half to which half of one day was doing paperwork. I called OSHA who found there safety program to be at fault and they were fined for this as well as other safety violations. Now noone wants to hire me and I am struggling to avoid losing everything I own. Is there something I can do?
