In or around October 2005 I was injured in an industrial accident while employed by General Motors. A come a long was hooked to a crane which is a safety violation and when the come a long broke it flew down and hit me on the head causing a concussion. GM would not let me go to the hospital after it happened saying it was ok. I had several blackouts and such and went to the hospital a day or so later. I have had headaches ever since and they are blinding. I have asked GM to provide me with there records of it that they say they can't or won't find. The hospital called Med Central in Mansfield, Ohio does have records for it. I keep having periodic headaches and my vision has changed for the worse since this accident as well. I want them to pay for this and I no longer work there due to taking the buyout and didn't want to pursue this while working there for fear of reprisal. Do I have a case or should I just take it like a man?
