Phone reps lie to get your car

American Honda FinanceCorp

I was told by the phone rep I had two weeks left to bring my payments current and was advised step-bystep the safest proceedure to follow in doing so. I told her I would do so within 72 hours and she said that would be fine, The next morning I found the car gone, repossesed in the middle of the night. I have sent letters and faxes to the company customer service dept, the CFO, the V.P. marketing , and the President: no answer yet. Why lie and not give me the chance to bring my account up to date?
