I have been paying off my credit card debt for a few years. Even though my other companies gave me settlement amounts, they still allowed me to make payments on them. I'm happy to say one is payed off and another will take there last payment this month.
NES however will not accept payments. I told them it is impossible for me to come up with 3 or 4 thousand dollars or whatever the amount is when theycall. It changes up or down dailey. They call my work phone every 5 minutes and also my home phone. Last night when they called my home phone they would not hang up so my home phone was out of order.
One man called me and though I was very calm, when I started asking about payments he screamed so loud I had to hold the phone away from my ear until he was done. This happened while I was at work.
They keep saying I am refusing to pay but I'm not I just need to make payments. And that they will see me in court and then they hang up on me. I don't know why these people won't let me make payments. I AM WILLING TO PAY THIS OFF !! That is what I have been doing for years.......paying off my credit card debt.
