When we contacted Direct to provide service my husband and I were told
the first ten months of service would be 19.99 per month .month eleven
and twelve was 39.99 and months thirteen and beyond was 49.99. The
only other charge was 4.99 a month to lease a second receiver. When we
Received a statement the amount was 58.14.
We called on 61507 and spoke with a costumer representative named Jessica she stated she would take care of the problem and was sending us a discount coupon that we should receive within the next three days and it would reflect The agreed upon 19.99 per month.
To date we have not received discount coupon. On 62407 we called customer service and talked to Mick we told him the same story as stated above he said there was nothing he could do and directed us to his supervisor Shelly she states she could not honor the agreed upon price however she could deduct 4.99a month for six months for the added receiver .
We told her that was unacceptable and if they would not honor there original
agreement we are going to cancel the service. She than directed the call to “disconnect” Where we than canceled the service.
