I haqd recieved a pay day loan through this company months ago, and, unfortunately, I had defaulted on the loan. I had opened up a totally different bank account since this happened and I have not spoken to them since the initial transaction. I looked in my account today, and found that 400.00 was debited to my account, also bringing my account into the negative. My bank is TRYING to put a stop payment on it but has told me that there is no guarantee. I have not authorized them to take money from this account and yet somehow, they got my bank information and just took it. I don't even understand how this could possibly be legal. And I asked my bank (Willow Financial Bank) why they would let someone debit 400.00 from my account when I had only about 25 in the account at the time.......the bank managers response....'That is how the bank makes money, by allowing transactions like that so that we may collect fees'....she also went on about how it is more convenient for the customer for the bank to do this.......HOW CONVENIENT IS IT TO OWE THREE HUNDRED SOMETHING DOLLARS WHEN YOU CANT EVEN AFFORD THAT AT THE MOMENT......no wonder internet and bank fraud have become so common.....YOUR BANK IS LETTING THEM!!
