I ordered your product over the phone from an ad that I saw on TV. Order 108-001-5163111. After using your product, it quit working. It does not get hot, the light will not come on. I'm very disappointed, as this product was very expensive. I paid 159.96. It should have lasted. I have repeatedly tried to call your 1-888-807-8953. The lines are always busy. Not a good sign.
I want a refund.

First of all, this is interesting that we ALL got the same e-mail from Advanced Solutions. Forgive me for being forward, but by chance do any or ALL of You have the SAME problem I have with this company??
If so, please read the email I sent to the Better Business Bureau regarding this company. I am sick and tired of the horrible service this company has provided and I for one refuse to be taken advantage of! I registered a complaint though the BBB and have been in contact with them personally. They have given me a Complaint and have taken the problem out of my hands. I urge all of you to do the same. All it requires is your story, your address and the Company Name and Address. After all these months I do not believe I will ever receive anything from these people. They took my money and I have nothing.

I purchased the item in late February on my credit card with a 6 month guarantee for 3 payments of 39.99 plus SH. In June it burned out so I returned it per the guarantee for an exchange. It was received by the company July 16th, 2005.
To date I still don't have the replacement product. I have called and emailed at least a dozen time probably more. I have received one email with a promised delivery date which came and went and 5 actual conversations that gave me verbal delivery dates (Not actual but vague, i.e 2-4 weeks, 3 weeks, 7-10 days, 14-21 days, 'this week', etc.). I received a couple of other emails and talked to other people but delivery dates were not given to me on those contacts.
I also called and asked for a refund, but was refused. I was told if I didn't ask for a refund during the first 30 days after buying the product, I was only entitled to an exchange. Today is November 6th,
2005. All the delivery dates I was given were not honored. Plus I cannot get my money back. Where can I go from here?? Can you tell me what I should do??
