THE DAY WEE WENT TO PAY OUR TAXES AT OUR LOCAL COURTHOUSE THEY INFORMED US THAT OPTION ONE SENT 18,OOO AND TAXES OF 431.00 WOULD BE TAKEN OUT OF THAT AND THAT WE WOULD REC A CHECK FOR THE DIFF. THE CHECK WOULD BE MADE OUT TO US ? WE THE GOT A LETTER FROM OPTION ONE SAYING THAT OUR MORTGAGE PAYMENT WOULD BE GOING UP TO
INCLUDE THAT 18K , HAVING A SUB-PRIME LOAN TO START WITH AND THE PAYMENT GOING UP AGAIN SOON THIS IS GOING TO MAKE IT WHERE WE CANT EVEN AFFORD OUR HOME.
