had direct tv as my provider and switched to dish net i called direct tv to cancel there services on 872007 the oper on the phone told me they will mial me a box to send my box in and i will get my last bill . pay it and will be all set . i got the box today 8142007 with a note mail back in 7 days i look on the shipping lable they mailed with it it said it must be recived by 8162007 and they ship out on 8132007 im going to fed ex first thing in moring hope it gets there on time other wise they are going to charge me 470.00 i havent got my last bill yet but they charged my creidt card no. and took the money out of the bank with out me telling them they can . this a scam from this co. and they need to be stopped i spoke to a man name farris from direct tv 8142007 at 10 17 pm and i was told they can take out of anyones bank acct. as long as they have a bill with them where is my chance to get the bill and agree with it . this is so wrong what if i didnt have the money in my acct it would have over drafted me what if i need to pay them next week becouse it wasnt in my budget this week to pay and my kids couldn t eat now . this needs to stop they think they can do what ever they like i also to him i was going to have my bank send the money bank i was told i would be sent to collection . theres no fairness in this i dont have the last bill yet .
