I signed up for a new contract and new phones In May....I was promised the following promotional offers....50 off each phone purchased, and 50 off my 1st months bill. I was told these would show up on my first bill...They did not.....(also mail in rebates - but, that's in another thread)
An additonal problem occurred, my sons cell phone was stolen, and I reported it to the police..and to sprint.The person who stole his phone ran up 150 in charges. Which I have refused to pay for. I told sprint via email because every time I call them, the wait time is 20 minutes or more...The person who answers the phone doesn't have the authority to fix anything, and they transfer you to someone else and then you have another 20 minute wait time. I refuse to pay my bill until they fix it, I have the direct number of a supervisor, but, she isn't returning my phone calls, (i've left 4 messages) and I don't know what to do...my cell phone is suspended....do I have ANY legal recourse at all???I'm under a two year contract!
