300.00 was debited from my account which I did authorize. I have attempted to contact them at the phone number which was shown on my bank statement however,after holding for a very lengthy amount of time I was disconnected. I had called back and got a voicemail and left a message. I am very distugusted because this transaction has caused my account to be over drawn. I need help as to what to do other than close my bank account. How can I get this money back.
