I bourght a Kenmore Elite washer from Sears. It worked find for a year. Then things starting to go worng with it. The pump stated to get clogged with fiber from my carpets. I had to have the pump replaced three times and had to have the fiber cleaned out of the pump three time. A repair man told me that I shouldn't was my rugs and towles in the machine anymore, unless I use a landury bag. So I went and purchased Landury bag. Guess what the pump got clogged again and I had to call a repairman again and this time I had to pay for the service. Even thought it is still under the A contract untill 706. I was told by several people at costomer service and at the store that I bought the machine that the repairmen put in they reports that I was abusing the machine by washing rugs in it. What kind of machine is this that I can't wash my rugs and towel in and I did as they told me and used a landury bag for my rugs.
