Lost Baggage NEVER recovered or reimbursed

US Airways

US Airways 'misplaced' my luggage after returning from my honeymoon. The claim they cannot find it. Despite 5 emails to their central baggage claim site through the airline, I have attempted to provide them the clearest of details to actually look for MY bag. They have yet to update their online 'search' site which is supposed to have accurate information regarding baggage, they have yet to contact me in any form (email,phone,USPS), they have yet to return my messages, they have yet to respond to 22 pages of faxed documentation, and they have yet to reimburse me for my losses.
