ARS has been calling my grandmother who is terminally ill with phone calls on a debt that my husband and I owe. We know that we owe this debt and are making an effort to get it taken care of. We have an appointment with Lutern Social Services, for credit counseling. All I want done is for this company to stop calling her. They won't listen to us. I'm hoping that you can get something done. My husband and I are both on disability and said he is mentally retarded, which he is not, and that I need to go get a job, which with my illness is just impossible.
