Direct TV

About 1 month ago Direct TV took the final payment out of mine and wife's bank account unauthorized. We have disputed it through them and they say that all transactions were justified. My wife never signed a contract with them, and she never recieved any paperwork stating their policies. We need help fast. Who do we contact about this?
