i ordered the trial disc paid for the shipping from my debit card (checking) account. when disc was received, i promptly returned it, called bidfuel at 1-866-407-1021 left a message to cancel membership. the following month, 39.95 was taken out of my acct. without my authorization. this caused my acct. to overdraw, which cost me over 200.00 in bank fees for checks i had written not knowing this would happen. i called called called, left detailed messages, no reply. now, again they have taken 39.95 from me for june. so, now all i can do is close my checking acct. open a new one so they can't steal from me.
