Ms. Carbonell refused to provide requested information necessary to process her claim for a refund. She also started an action with the Better Business Bureau. Finally over a year later she did provide us with documentation and at that time we offered her a FULL merchandise credit; Ms Carbonell REFUSED the offer of a FULL CREDIT! All of this is documented with the BBB. Here is the result of their linvestigation: 'BBB determined the company made a reasonable offer to resolve the issues, but the consumer did not accept the offer.'
