I asked Harris how debit card purchases are processed and charged to my checking. The banker told me they are processed in the order in which they are received. In reality, they are processed in the order in which Harris feels like putting them in, (highest to lowest). This was told to me by a rep from on line banking.

I want my overdraft fees refunded to me that were charged because they did not debit my debit card purchases in order in which they were received. I made a mistake in subtracting. So it ended up costing me 192.00 when it only should have been 32.00.

There is nothing on their website indicating that purchases would be processed highest to lowest. I have looked everywhere.
