I too have been a victim of the constant calling and torment by NES employees. I have a Sears credit card that went to collections. I agree that I owe the money and I am more than willing to pay it. They however, will NOT take payments. They told me I would have to give them my checking account number and they will post date payment and if I can't pay the entire balance I would have to call and they will not submit for payment (yeah right!!!!). I feel if I give them my checking account info and then tell them I can't afford the whole balance they will still try and to me it would be like passing a 'bad check' full well knowing I can't pay the whole balance this month.) I told them I was willing to pay 200 a month (the balance is only 1100) he said NO. He then started yelling into the phone and I told him to please not yell at me and then he began cursing at me and I hung up the phone. He continued to call over and over again all day up until 9:00 pm that evening and everyday ever since. They are also calling me at work!!
I don't know what to do except save up to pay the balance in full over the next several months.
