Loaned 300 high interest. 90 day debited from my checking account every pay period, as agreed.
I've twice tried to pay off the entire amount, only to be told another 90 would be debited. On Thursday April 28, I requested a Loan Extension form be e-mailed to me at lexwriter1@yahoo.com, which I was to send back to authorize deduction of the entire amount. E-mail never received. I phoned Geneva Roth at 1-800-351-8820
to find out status of email, and request another one be sent. I was told by Customer Rep Alisha (extension 240), that my account had already been debited 90, and that I'd have to go to WalMart to send a moneygram to Geneva Roth in the amount of 300.

This is ridiculous!

I want to close my bank account and operate on a cash basis so these thieves cannot make illegal debits from my account.
