I have serious medical problems, I have been diagnosed with Lupus. Sometimes its very hard to pay for doctors and medications because my insurance company will not cover many of them. Of course I got behind on medical bills, and they turned me over to collections. The company was Franklin Collection Services in Mississippi. I live in Tennessee. I paid them every two weeks when I got paid. They are the rudest and most hateful people in the world. I had a balance of 311.24 on a bill which they sent me and I had been more than cooperative to pay them. They refused payments, they wanted it all up front, they called at work they called at home and today was the last straw. On March 8, 2007 I mailed them a check for a 100.00. They called me on 392007 wanting more money. I gave them my bank card information to take out another 100.00 to make them leave me alone. When I checked my bank account they had taken a total of 432.41. They refused to speak to me when I asked them why they did that, I faxed them with my info from the bank when I was able to talk to someone and now I am afraid they will not quit messing around with my bank account.
