Stanly Regional Memorial Hospital

I was involved in a car accident on Feb. 7. The next day , i checked into a hospital because of severe back pain.
I was given a shot a pill and a bottle of aspirin. I took the aspirin before going to sleep. The next day. I got really sick, vomitting,dizzy and i could not comprehend too good. Today is Feb. 11 and i am having bad headaches, sore throat and ear aches.
