Refusal of new account

State Employees Credit union

I went inside the Credit union to check on unauthorized dedutions from my account. I notified the employee about the situation and requested a new account number. The employee refused to give me another account number and gave me a card. This resulted in the accumulation of fees that i had to pay twice. Therefore closing my account that i used for business.
