Option One Mortgage Corporation has refused to acknowledge documented proof of my having made my August mortgage payment. There forclosure proceedings pushed me under duress into a forebearance agreement that has put me in an impossible position. Worcester Court just heard another case, from an Option One mortgagee who had documented proof of 6 payments he had made, that they were refusing to acknowledge.
