we purchased a 1999 ford explorer with a extended warenty, was told by sales manager it was like buying a new car! 7 months later soft plug fell out over heated, found out after takin it in the warenty was no good soft pug was not a part of motor, we payed 13,000.00 for this vehicle 2500.00 on warenty still they refused to fix it, but gave us a portion of the warenty money back after we cancled it! i fill we have been bait and switched on this vehicle, and would like my money back!
