I purchased a LCD tv from brands mart in April 2006. The representative asked me if I wanted to get ins on it so of course I said no. He sold me on it when he said if something happens to the tv and you decide to return it you can either get the same tv or just apply the cost of the tv to any other merchandise in the store. Well, sure enough something happened! There is a dot in the middle of the screen and you can only watch the tv from 1 spot or all you see is a black screen. In other words ofter only 5 months this tv is horrible so of course I want to exchange it for a different TV. When I went to exchange it for something else the manager said SORRY! there is nothing I can do. It isn't my fault you didn't know what you were buying. Rediculous. I will never go back to brandsmart. I went to sears and bought not 1 but 2 tv's that night.
