Returning Payment Checks

Downey Savings and Loan Assoc.

My renter sent in the loan payment for September on Aug.30th 2006. Downey claims they received payment after the grace period so they mailed back the check saying that it was under paid. Letter also said to just include last payment with current payment plus late charges. This happened 2 more times and now the house is in pre-forecloser unless he comes up with 20,000.00 to stop it. I'm trying to get a new loan before this goes through. Pleasr let me know A.S.A.P. if you can help us.
