When I moved in the trailer court in 2001 I was told that I didn't have to pay for sewage or garbage pick up or water because the manger said that was included in the lot rent at the time was 150.00 last year he rose the lot rent up to 165.00 now for 2007 he is raising it up to 175.00.He says it's because of high cost of water,sewer and garbage which he pays but I have to still pay the city and county for garbage and now thay are tring to get me to pay sewage.I know that the cost of living has been going up but should I have to pay for it when I had an agreement not to pay for those things but that is why he says the lot rent is going up?
