I called blue hippo inquring about the ad I saw in the paper. The girl who was hard to understand told me 'that in order for them to send information to me about the computer, I had to give them my banking information.' so I did she assured me no money would be taken out of my account prior to me signing and returning the information she was sending well the information never came I called blue hippo and cancled my account on Dec. 8th and on Dec 11th, ninty-nine dollars was taken form my account after I canceled my membership! How can they do that and tell me the are not giving it back? Something has to be done and to look and see I am not the only one. Why haven't they been shut down?
