My friend bought me a purse in the Denver airport. The design of the bag is so bad. The snap doesn't snap unless you work at it and if you don't close it the purse comes open and you lose things out of your purse.
I emailed support@ravani.com and a man named Ravi called me and was rude to me. Told me he had never had a complaint in 18 years. Asked me what I wanted I told him the purse to work right. He stated it was used and there was nothing he could do. I asked him his last name he wouldn't give it to me and then he hung up on me. This purse wasn’t cheep. It’s so frustrating when companies don't take responsibility for their products.
