The Software for Wal-mart connect says,
'About home networks and Wal-Mart Connect
The Wal-Mart Connect home network feature allows up to 7 PCs in your home (one for every screen name on your account) to be signed on to Wal-Mart Connect simultaneously, using one primary connection to Wal-Mart Connect.
In order to connect a home network to Wal-Mart Connect, you will need:
One computer from which the primary connection to Wal-Mart Connect are made
Home network hardwaresoftware to connect the computers in your home
Your home network primary connection to Wal-Mart Connect is done via a special screen name that is used only for this purpose (i.e., you cannot send or receive e-mail with this screen name, or use it to visit any online areas, etc.). Secondary connections from other computers on the home network is made through this primary connection.
Notes
If more than one screen name on your account is signed on outside of your home network connection, a surcharge may apply. For more billing information, go to Keyword: Billing.
To set up a secondary home network location
On the Connect screen, click Setup.
On the Wal-Mart Connect Setup screen, click Expert Setup.
On the Locations tab in the Connection Setup window, click Add Location.
In the Add Location window, click Select a custom connection (for example, TCPIP) and click Next.
In the Name box in the Add Number (Connection) window, change the default name for the new connection to Home Network Connection.
Select Home Network from the Connect using list.
Select Home Network from the Automatic Connection Script list.
Click OK.

If you are unable to connect to Wal-Mart Connect from your secondary home network location:
Make sure the primary connection PC is turned on.
Make sure all home network connections are securely attached.
Contact the vendor of your home network hardwaresoftware if you need more help'

All of this is impossible with this software. I contacted customer service to find out why I couldn't get this to work. They told me that this feature is not written into the software. When I sent them this same information, they tried to shut me up by having one of their representatives contact my boss at Wal-mart, who I worked for at the time. Do I Have a case?
