old providian account

 Report Fraud
Midland Credit Management

I saw midland credit on my credit report. I called them and asked them who they were. They said it was for providian. I have never signed for a providian card. I asked them for proof of signature, or any supporting documents they provided none. They are still on my credit report and trying to get money from me that I do not owe them.
