the company keeps calling me and we declared bankruptcy and it was discharged in june they have accepted two payments after we surrendered the car and they keep calling they were on the bakruptcy. we did not do a reaffirmation agreement with them because they sold me a piece of junk. i won't stand for it they have called up to 4 times a day. then 5 another .. its iilegal
